Whenever i open a Excel shortcut from the desktop, it
takes a long time to open up, 20+ seconds, but when i open
it straight from excel it opens up straight away. Does
anyone know why this is, i'm in a office enviroment and we
are using Microsft Server 2003. All other programs open
up fine from the desktop except for excel.
