Excel document scrolling

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
Processor: Intel

Hi there,
as a newbie here at this forum I do have a simple question. Since today I can not scroll down in my Excel document with the arrows on my keyboard. Instead of this all my document page is scrolling down.
I think this must be a setting problem
