I want to maintain a list of product attributes in one excel workbook and
edit them in another.
Example:
Workbook 1
Product Type
Product1 - A
Product2 - B
Product3 - A
Product4 - A
Workbook 2
Product Name Type
Product1 - XYXYX - A
Product2 - XYXXX - B
I want to be able to call up workbook 2, view the Type field from Workbook1
and edit it in workbook 2. Thus using workbook1 as a master database for
the Type field.
It's kind of a vlookup with edit capability back to the source field.
Any suggestions?
