I have a user that called this morning woth an issue. After doing the
microsoft updates all excel attachments he receives open as blank
docs. I tried saving them locally and got nothing. I also recreated
his email profile and ran a repair on his office 2003 and still got
nothing. I forwarded the email to myself from his mailbox and I was
able to open it fine on my machine. I have the macro security set to
low on his box.
Any ideas?
