excel embedded charts

My embedded charts are greyed out in the excel spreadsheet unless I check on
them. How can I visualise them as normal?

Hi Kay,

Under the menus Tools > Options. On the View tab is a section called
Objects. Make sure "Show All" is enabled. I think you currently have
"Show placeholders" enabled.
