Excel file open error

I get the below listed message when accessing an Excel
file. It started because I created the file on a shared
zip drive.

Filename cannot be accessed. The file may be read-only, or
you may be trying to access a read-only location. Or, the
server the document is stored on may not be responding.

I'd try copying from the zip drive to my harddrive. Then open from there.

My general rule of thumb is to not open files from removable media (and not save
there either).

I'll save to my harddrive and use windows explorer to copy to a floppy/zip
drive.
