Excel - fill/text color does not work, how can I fix it?

If the high contrast setting is turned on you won't see the fill colour.

I'll hazard a guess.......more info would have been nice.

If this is a problem with all files with coloured cells, the Windows OS high
contrast setting may be turned on. There is information in the
