Excel for Home & Student full-featured?

I am thinking about buying H&S with Excel, but am concerned if it has:
All the functions in the full Excel version?
Visual Basic for Excel, so I can write complex macros?

I have some macros already written, and intend to buy a commercial app which
plugs into Excel.

Its no differnet then any other same version of Office apart from components
contained and licence
H&S is not licensed for commercial use
