Hi,

first of all, make sure you have all the updates applied. The last
update to be released for Office v.X was 10.1.9; you can find the
updater here:

<http://tinyurl.com/nhl9d7>

If that update does not solve your problem, there is not much you can
do; Office v.X is no longer supported by Microsoft. It came out in 2001;
Snow Leopard was released in 2009. There are bound to be problems when
you attempt to run software that was created back in those days when Mac
OS X 10.0 had just been released.

Your installation of Office v.X is seriously out of date. According to the
error log it's at 10.1.4, but 10.1.9 is where it needs to be in order to
have any hope of successfully running on a version of OS X which is 5
generations removed from that for which it was designed. You can get the
update at:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/930403

Please note that this update was released more than 3 years ago & is the
last one... There will be no more. MS support for v.X ended more than a year
ago. There is no guarantee that you will not have ongoing issues, especially
on an Intel processor running OS X 10.6.x or later.
