Excel "Forms" to Access Database Transfer of Data

I have many excel documents (about 150), which have the same layout for each
one. Each Excel document contains data I need in Access. (Excel was used by
staff prior to my posting). The Excel documents however are not in tabular
format, making it difficult for me to transfer them into access smoothly.

Is there any way I can "pick" cells in excel to transfer into access? I
have figured out how to create a macro line where it does one cell at a time,
but that does not save me any time.

All information in the excel documents are layed out in the same format,
using the same cells for each type of data.
