Does anyone know where or how I could get a formula to forecast headcount
(resources) for a call center based on three years of historical data? The
group I currently work with is rolling back roughly 30,000 people to a some
previously developed systems. We have 10 techs supporting our volume today,
but based on historical data, I need to find out when I could expect to have
to move some resources to the other support areas. This is a *~*~*~HOT*~*~*~
