Excel formulas increase from 7 arguments to 12 or more

Currently when I create a spreadsheet, I can use up to 7 arguments in each
cell. Product developers should be looking at increasing the amount of
arguments that can be used to 12 or more.

a sample of what you mean might be helpful. There are ways to have more than
7 nested ifs.
