I have a set of values in column A. I want to subtract 10 from each value
using one function. is this possible?

Type 10 in a spare cell. Copy that cell.

Select all the target cells, goto Edit>PasteSpecial, click the Subtract
option, and OK.

Clear the cell with 10 in.
