I have 3 users who can't use the "open" icon within excel
to open documents on a file server. It freezes and we
have to "end task". If we set their default location to a
specific path and try to go up one levels it freezes at
the same point. Anyone have any suggestions? I have
uninstalled, reinstalled, detect $ repair without any
resolution. They are all running Office 2000. I am
running Office XP and I do not experience this problem.
