One user reports problems with multiple Excel instances open. Without warning
all instances of Excel stop responding to keyboard or mouse input. Other
non-Excel applications do not behave abnormally.
I don't see anything in the event logs. A system restart is the only way the
user found to fix the problem (they don't know Task Manager or other OS
tools). I pointed them to the Application Recovery tool next time.
Anybody seen this before?
