Excel Functions! HELP!!!

i need to write a function to calculate a company's contribution to a fund at
3% of each employee's wages

you may provide some more details about what you're trying to achieve
and what data you have

Assuming employee name in column A, salary in column B, then fund
contribution in C1

In C2: =A2*3%

and copy down
