Excel Help Menu shortcut

Can I place a shortcut icon to the Excel Help menu on my desktop?

If so, how?

(Perhaps, Excel must be opened for this to work?)

Just browse to the Excel help file. Its name and location will vary
depending on your version but in Excel 2003 its name is XLMAIN11.CHM and
it's in the OFFICE11\1033 folder (for English language versions).

Okay, I have found the Help menu,

but it does not have the task pane with the:
conmtents, answer wizard, and index.

Any suggestions?
