I had created a form for work, how can I create a area where the user selects
between a group of four choices. But only one of the four can be chosen, if
they change there mind it automatically removes the first choice and selects
the second choice.

Hi New Yooper,

Add four Option Buttons to the form. Selecting one button will deselect any
other button.

This is a little complicated, so stick with me. If you get lost, let me know
and we'll try again!!

1. Choose an area way outside your form and type your 4 choices, one below
the other.
2. Then go back to the cell where you want the choices to appear, and
choose Data Validation.
3. In the next box, under "Allow", choose "List"
4. In "Source", choose the location of the 4 choices that you typed in step
1. You can get help from Excel by clicking on the little spreadsheet on the
right side of the Source box. Then find your list and click, hold down your
right mouse button, and drag over the 4 choices.)

Should work!!

Thanks that worked, one more thing! What if I had three horisontal cells and
you may only pick one. So by picking a cell, a X is put in the cell, if you
select one of the others, it removes the first?

Perhaps something like this in the sheet module.

Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)
Range("A1:D1").ClearContents
Target.Value = "X"
End Sub
