Excel - How to compare two spreadsheets

Need to compare two long complex spreadsheets with primarily text entries in
the spreadsheets. Wanting to cull out a report on how they are different

When I have to do this, I use Jim Cone's fine commercial Add-in called XL
Companion. It's available at
