Excel is freezing

I loaded some updates for MS Office 2007 and Excel last night. Today I am
experiencing continuous errors. It either shuts down with an error after I
try to copy from one workbook to and paste to another....or Excel becomes
unresponsive and I have terminate the application with 'task manager'.
