We have office XP professional, we keep our files on our network that
everyone has access to. One person can open everything except Excel files on
her computer. Error 1303, setup cannot acces the folder, C:\config.msi...
What does this mean? She has been able to access excel up until a couple
days ago. What do I need to do to fix this?
