Excel Linked Cell Reference including other cell address

I do apologise about the rather odd sounding subject and post


What I am hoping to do is....

Range("a1") contains the variable 28 (ref from a dropdown box)

(in a particular cell)

"='m staff'!DH"

Then to include the '28' from Range A1


Any suggestions

You can use the INDIRECT function:

=INDIRECT("'m staff'!DH"&A1)
