Hello,
Recently we've begun having problems with a set of interlinked worksheets on
our LAN. Two users who have in the past been able to modify these sheet are
getting errors when they open the linked worksheets to the effect that the
linked worksheets cannot be found.
When they get the error about the linked worksheets and Excel cannot find
the worksheet, its defaulting to their XLStart folder (which is empty)
making them think Excel is redirecting their linked worksheets to an
incorrect path.
They've already reconnected the links, however, upon opening them this
morning, the errors are occurring again.
We're using OfficeXP on the two workstations where the files are opened
from. Initially we had Office 2000 installed, but put XP on the machines in
an effort to help them troubleshoot the missing workbooks and worksheets.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks,
