Excel Macro Warning Message

No one uses macros here (@ work), I do at home.
If I create a macro for a new toolbar button, is there a place I can store
it so that everyone on the network has access to it, but the warning message
about a found macro doesn't display?
Do newer versions of Excel (and Word) have a "Friendly Macro" list simular
to iExplorer's "Safe Sites" list?
