Excel MSN Stock Quotes Add-in.

In the past I was able to us MSN Stock Quotes without any problem. Yesterday
I experimented with Microsoft Live and now I am no longer able to get the
dialog boxes to download. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing MSN
Stock Quote and rebooting the computer. When I open Excel I get an Error
message "Failed to Download Settings From the Internet" so I can't get the
"Refresh" botton to appear on the spreadsheet.
