Excel not an option in 'Files of Type' list: can't insert .xls in

In FrontPage 2003, when I try to File/Insert an Excel worksheet, Excel files
don't appear as an option in the 'Files of Type' list.

How can I make Excel appear in my drop-down 'Files of Type' list when
inserting Excel files into a page within Frontpage 2003?

I have Excel installed on my PC as part of Office 2003.

You have to save the Excel file as HTML and then import into your current open FP web or copy and
paste the worksheet into a web page.
