Excel Object in PowerPoint 2007

I am copying from Excel & using paste special into PowerPoint 2007 and
choosing Paste Special Excel Object. My PowerPoint background is dark blue,
therefore I need to change my Excel data sheet text to white.

My Problem is Printing: I need to print this in pure black & white (white
back ground/black text).

In 2003 I could go to Grayscale view, right click the Excel object, choose
Grayscale Setting and select Inverse Grayscale.

Worked like a charm.

Cannot get anywhere in 2007. The text is either unreadable or invisible on
the printed copy.
