I want to know, if there is a communication between Excel and Outlook in
order to create tasks from excel to outlook,

Hard to say what exactly you are trying to achieve, but yes, you can create
tasks from within Excel and store them into Outlook via VBA. Make sure you
add the Outlook Object Model reference.
