Hello Community,
As most of you have probably heard, Microsoft is introducing Power
Pivot (former Project Gemini) together with the new arrival of Excel
2010. I'm not part of the Microsoft team, but I went to their page,
downloaded an evaluation copy, and boy is this a gem! Interactive and
real-time analysis of tons of data within seconds. Really, I encourage
everyone to give it a go.
Now, you may also have heard that there is a Excel Power Pivot
competition, where basically you have to create the most functional
and sexy dashboard that analyses hug amounts of data. I just submitted
my own entry which is a application to analyse the medal results of
all countries, all sports, all olympic games.
I would be really grateful if you'd check out my entry and vote if you
like it:
