excel printing sub-totals only

I have a worksheet that has been sub-totaled. I want to
collect the subtotals into one sheet for emailing.
The bookmarks on the side 1,2 & 3 show different views of
the worksheet. I go to the page that displays the
subtotals only and try to copy and paste it into aanother
worksheet but it pastes all of the data. I only want to
capture the subttoals. How do i do that?

Hi
after selecting the range to copy try the following:
- hit F5 and click 'Special'
- choose 'Visible cells only'
- now copy and paste the data
