How do I format 1000 lines odd or even cell rows simultaneously using pattern
texture, i can do the individual rows to format using pattern texture but not
100 or 1000 lines

Try something like the following

Dim LastRow As Long
Dim RowNdx As Long

LastRow = Cells(Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Row
For RowNdx = 1 To LastRow Step 2
Rows(RowNdx).Interior.ColorIndex = 6
Next RowNdx
