Excel project, help!

Hello,
I wanted to be able to obtain information from one book to the other.

Books are : Diagnostic, Bill, and Pricing.

What I wanted to do is fill out the units on the diagnostic book and
then for Excel to automatically place the item, unit, and price in the
Bill book.

I also wanted to be able to search a customers bill by a number and
for excel to generate and store new customer numbers automatically.
EX: I open excel or do a macro crt + n(new) and it clears the bill.
So from customer 00001 it jumps to 00002.

I also wanted to create a search box. If the customer 00001 comes
back and wanted to check his bill I could type it into a search box as
John and the 00001 bill would come out or type in 00001 and his bill
would come out.

Plus I would like to share the diagnostics book but not the bill.
Plus I wanted a drop down menu on the diagnostics book and for it to
retrieve images and paste them on the bill book.

Could you please help me.
