Excel Question

Hello, this question has always bugged me as to how to do it. I have
a following pivot table in spreadsheet 1.
State Name Colleges Enrollment
New York Colombia University 20,000
NYU
25,000
Pace University 35,000
St Johns University 30,000
City College 35,000

On 2nd spreadsheet, I have the state Name New York but how do I bring
in all the colleges that are associated with New York from the pivot
table and their enrollment Numbers. On the first spreadsheet I do
have almost 600 states from all over the world. Also, I would love to
if it's possible to bring in only the colleges that have more than
30,000 enrollments. thanks!

You're storing database data in a spreadsheet. It ought to be in a database!
Then what you want to do is very simple. All you do is base your pivot table
on a query. Easy to do in Access!!!!!!
