I am having difficulty with excel on a few of my client machines. The program quits unexpectedly when you double click in the header or footer area. Has anyone else had this problem - I have tried throwing out plists and even reinstalling the software for these clients with no luck - anyone have any suggestions. I can access the header and footer through view - with no problem. Thank you so much in advance.

Is Office fully up-to-date? It should be at 12.1.5 (and Leopard should be at
10.5.6). Try repairing disk permissions & restarting, but reinstalling
rarely is the solution for anything.

What happens if you run Excel in a new/different User Account?

It might also be a good idea t check for an updated printer driver.
