Excel row highlighter

Is there a way to make the highlight on a row number stretch across the
entire row?

Hi,

Click on the row number on the left-hand side of the worksheet (to select
the ENTIRE row) and format as you wish (highlighting, bordering, fonts, etc.
etc.)
