Excel : Saving and Mailing Question

Hi,

A few questions I hope you can help me with (please) :

1. Is it possible to save a particular worksheet under a set name t
one destination and the rest of the workbook to another, through
macro/click of a button?

2. Is it possible to do the same but through email?
