Excel Sheet Password Remover

Hi
can anyone help me to unprotect a protected cell in Excel sheet.

You'll have to unprotect the worksheet first.
Tools|Protection|unprotect sheet
(You may need to supply a password)

Then select the cell
format|cells|protection tab|uncheck Locked

And then reprotect the worksheet????
