Select the Row under the last one that you want to remain visible and the
select Window > Freeze Panes

If you want the first 4 line to also print on every page then select File >
Page Setup > Sheet > Rows to Repeat at top enter 1:4

First, highlight Row 5
Then, from the Window Menu choose "Freeze Panes"

If you're using Excel 2007, then the "Freeze Panes" option is located in the
Window section of the VIEW tab.

Hi Sandy

Thanks for your answer, but since i work on a german version i could not
find some

window that relates to the Window Freeze Panes...

However: I found the print part and it works.

You have a clue how to get me to the right window ??

Hi Hans,

The *Window* that I was talking about was the drop-down Window menu on the
Menu bar at the top of the screen. Mine starts off File, Edit, View, etc.
