Excel sheet to view without Excel?

Hi,

I would like to let someone view an excel sheet I have and modify its information so formulas are recalculated. However - that person does not have Excel. Is there something like an Excel viewer of some sort he can download from anywhere?

There is an Excel viewer which you can get at
http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2000/xlviewer.aspx
but that will not allow modification.
