excel sheets

Any help please.
I wish to display excel spreadsheets (no funtionality needed) in web pages,
I know I can save a sheet as a web page and I have looked at using a PDF but
both produce quite large page sizes - is there a method which will minimse
the page size but keep the data readable and in the format of the
spreadsheet?
