Excel Solver Add In

I am running MS Office 98 Pro in my ME. I need the Solver add in and I do not have it anywhere. How can I best acquire the required 'Solve.xla' file? I have looked on the MS site and cannot seem to locate it. Help!

It comes with the CD, I assume you meant office 97 (98 is for the Mac), do
tools>add-ins, check solver keep
the cd handy and follow the instrucions.
