Excel Spread Sheet into a FrontPage web

I have made two excel spreadsheets of members data for our
small contractors association web page:
mariposacontractors.com /membership page.
The best that I could figure out were the two links which
seem to work.

I would like to import the 2 pages directly on to the web
page and not use the links.

Any suggestions would be helpfull.
I have FrontPage 2000 and office 2000. I am a residential
designer, not a computer expert so please be very specific
if there is a way of doing it. I found the access
instructions after doing the excel but...

Any help would be appreciated.

In FP, File import the html files created
