I sorted a spreadsheet and inadvertently saved it. Is there a way to revert
back to the previously saved version?

Sorry there isn't a way that I know of.

Are you able to sort it back to the original way??

There is if you make a backup or set Excel to do so. Or perhaps you
emailed a copy of the original to someone?
