Excel sum, conditional, if??

Hi

I have columns A and B. I want A5 to display SUM(A1:A4), only if
SUM(B1, B3) is 0 or 1 else the value in A5 should be zero.

Is there a formula for doing this? Would appreciate any help.

Try this in A5:

=IF(OR(B1+B3=0,B1+B3=1),sum(A1:A4),0)
