Excel template with data tracking?

I downloaded an invoice template from MS template gallery that has data
tracking.

I would like to edit the worksheet so that the invoice number increases by 1
each time it is used. I believe this can be done by using a VBA instruction,
however, the file is password protected.

I contacted Village Software the originators of the workbook and they told
me that Microsoft bought the product and they could not give me the password.


Can you provide me the password so I can make the necessary change?, failing
that, can I email the file to you to change?
