I have searched the Microsoft templates, but have been unable to find what I
am looking for.
I wondered if there is a template for a worksheet that keeps all records
pertaining to a property investment, ie amount borrowed, interest rate,
rental income, agents commission, other costs, body corporate fees etc etc,
and does projections over a five year period. I made one up and I am quite
happy with it, but then thought that someone smarter than me has probably
already done one!!
