Wondering if there is a template in EXCEL of a template for a grid that each
row is off centered. Like a brick pattern.

Not that I know of.

Maybe you can shrink the columns (two for one) and use borders to get that
effect.

You could create that kind of pattern using a key-stroke macro which merges
cells...
