Excel: Text in a Cell formated with Wrap text does not display

Have Office 2003 SP2 Installed. Any cell which has the wrap text option
select does not display the text on the workbook only in the edit bar.

I have ran a repair and also re-installed SP2 neith fix worked. Before I
unintsall Office completly and re-install can anyone offer a suggestion.

I am having the exact same problem. Same setup and tried same
solutions.
I create a new worksheet and enter text then turn word wrap on the text
no longer displays in the cell. I can adjust the size of the cell in
all directsion to no avail.
It will, however, continue to show in the the formula bar and it will
also print.

It is driving me crazy!
