Excel text only?

I copied and pasted from the Internet to my Excel spreadsheet and now I want
to get rid of all the pictures and have only text that I can work with and
organize. How do I do this?

This is one way...

When you paste your items use paste special and only paste text.

You could try Edit / Go To / Special / Objects and then hit the delete button.
