Excel Text Wrapping issue

Any time the Text Wrapping is set on a cell the data disappears. If the
option is deselected then it reappears.

All the text or some of the text (like it just fizzles out at the bottom)???

If it's all the text, do you still see it in the formulabar when you select the
cell?

Do you use multiple monitors?

The entire spreadsheet is affected. It happens with a new spreadsheet, as
well. When you click on a cell that should show data it will in fact show in
the formula bar.
